Your initial consultation is a comprehensive, in-depth exploration of your health through a true mind-body lens. Prior to the session, you will complete a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire. This allows us to review your medical history, current symptoms, nutrition, stress levels, sleep, and daily habits in advance, helping us use our time together efficiently and focus on the areas that require the most attention.
During the session, we explore how different systems in the body may be interacting, including: digestion, hormones, energy, mood, and metabolic health, while also placing strong emphasis on stress, emotional wellbeing, and behavioural patterns. A central part of my work is understanding how psychology and physiology influence one another, particularly how chronic stress can shape symptoms over time.
You will leave with a personalised, realistic plan outlining key nutritional and lifestyle priorities, alongside practical stress-management strategies tailored to your goals. Where appropriate, we may also discuss functional testing to gain deeper insight. The aim of the first session is clarity, direction, and a structured path forward.

On your follow up appointment, we will review your progress, reflect on what has felt sustainable, and refine your nutrition and lifestyle plan as needed.
A key part of these sessions is exploring the psychological side of behaviour change. We gently examine any challenging emotions, stress patterns, internal “parts,” or underlying beliefs that may be influencing consistency or creating resistance.
Rather than relying on willpower alone, we work to understand what might be driving certain habits, whether that’s self-criticism, perfectionism, overwhelm, or the need for comfort.
By bringing awareness to these patterns, we create space for more intentional choices and sustainable change. Alongside practical adjustments to food, sleep, movement, and stress management, these sessions are designed to strengthen self-trust, resilience, and alignment between your goals and your daily actions.
The aim is not just short-term compliance, but lasting integration - where supporting your health feels natural rather than forced.
